What age group is this experience suitable for?

This experience is suitable for any age. Children under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What time should I arrive for my experience?

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This will give you a chance to ask any questions about your experience, take a bathroom break, and settle in comfortably.

Is it possible for me to cancel my booking whenever I want?

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a 24-hour notice for any cancellations.

What clothes do I need to wear? Is there anything I need to bring along?

There’s no specific outfit for meditation. Just wear whatever feels comfortable. There’s no need to bring anything along to our sessions.
