Meditation Offerings

At DharmiCalm, we truly believe in empowering people to become self-sufficient meditators. When you turn meditation into a daily practice, you’ll discover incredible advantages such as improved sleep quality, reduced anxiety, and sharper mental focus, to name a few. You’ll quickly develop the skills to meditate independently and feel a newfound sense of empowerment. Studies indicate that those who meditate regularly for three months can experience remarkable benefits.

As you embark on your meditation journey, we have a selection of offerings to help you along the way:

Meditation Fundamentals Course - a private course for individuals or groups to teach you a toolbox of meditation techniques.

Vedic Meditation Course - a private course for individuals or groups where you receive your own personalised mantra.

Virtual Studio - ongoing access to recorded meditations to listen to from anywhere at anytime.

Ongoing Support - live meditations held via Zoom once a fortnight.

Bespoke Packages - for corporate, families, groups we can design your own special meditation event or course.

Cherie is a certified instructor in Mindfulness (50hr) and a Vedic Meditation Teacher (1,800 hr), and a Reiki Master, having undergone extensive in residence training overseas and in Australia. She is dedicated to exploring meditation techniques derived from the profound ancient Vedic texts and other ancient cultures, aiming to help individuals discover the meditation practice that resonates most with them.

Her enthusiasm for the neuro-scientific advantages of meditation drives her commitment to assisting individuals in transforming their lives and achieving a state of calm and balance. Cherie is particularly focused on empowering individuals to become self-sufficient meditators, enabling them to cultivate their meditation practices for independent sessions at home.

Cherie engages in meditation twice daily, a practice she has maintained consistently for many years, which has significantly impacted her life. She aspires for others to experience similar benefits. Additionally, she enjoys enhancing her meditation practice through yoga at the Largs Bay Yoga School.
